Q: I'm getting married outside New York City. Can you ship my cake?

A: We find that standard carriers cannot guarantee safe shipping of our cakes. The best method to deliver our cakes is by cold vans. Van delivery is available from New York City to most points on the East Coast. We've also flown our cakes successfully, nationally and internationally, using both commercial airlines and private planes. Even though our cakes are structurally sound, they need to be crated and even packed in dry ice to protect the perishable ingredients and fragile decorations. Some designs may even require the presence of a staff member who must assemble the cake on-site. Obviously, this process is both complicated and costly and involves special planning.
