A: Not every venue's fee schedule allows for a designer cake. If yours does not, you may be able to negotiate with the facility for some alternative item, and then provide your own choice of cake. Most distinguished locations in the New York Metropolitan Area recognize the demand for specialized cakes and often contact us to make special arrangements to accommodate their clients.
