Q: What is a groom's cake?
A: A groom's cake comes from an old tradition that is very much in vogue again. The cakes are often playful and depict an interesting or amusing side of the groom's personality. Additionally, for a very large wedding, the groom's cake provides a secondary flavor. We prefer to create a small, personal cake that can be presented to the groom as a surprise by his bride.
