Q: I'd love some of your recipes. Do you teach classes?
A: Currently, I am an Adjunct Professor at the renowned French Culinary Institute in New York City. My demos and hands-on classes are available to enrolled students and faculty only. I have not yet published a book, but when I do, it will most certainly contain recipes.
